Hi, I’m Kristin!
As a Minnesota native, mom of two teenagers, and goldendoodle owner (the Joy Foundry mascot), I’ve always been drawn to creating order in busy spaces.
My first career spanned 25 years with a Fortune 100 company in Minnesota, where I launched new businesses, integrated acquisitions, and managed large-scale programs — bringing structure to ambiguity.
At home, I was doing the same. Balancing work, family life, and full calendars taught me that organization and thoughtful systems create calm.
Over the past several years, I’ve helped clients declutter, downsize, and create sustainable organizing systems that work for real life — not just for the moment.
