Hi, I’m Kristin!
As a Minnesota native, mom of two teenagers, and goldendoodle owner (the Joy Foundry mascot), I’ve always been drawn to creating order in busy spaces.
My first career spanned 25 years with a Fortune 100 company in Minnesota, where I launched new businesses, integrated acquisitions, and managed large-scale programs — bringing structure to ambiguity.
Over time, I realized I was drawn to doing that same kind of work on a more personal scale.
Today, I apply that same mindset in a more personal way. I help clients declutter, downsize, and create organizing systems that bring clarity to their homes and support how they actually live day to day.
